Coral Canyon Golf Course is all about the colors.
Coral Canyon Golf Course is an 18-hole championship, resort-style golf course surrounded by red rock and mountain ranges – often compared to the otherworldly landscapes of the planet Mars. The greens are phenomenal, attracting golfers from around the world to enjoy luxurious golf at the doorway to some of the world’s most famed natural wonders.
From the very first hole at Coral Canyon, golfers are enticed with a signature hole. Hole 1 is an excellent par-4, teeing off from high above the rest of the course. The 100-yard drop straight downhill challenges golfers’ precision, with a contrasting uphill shot required quickly after.

The next signature hole is hole 6, a short par-3 with an island green heading over a canyon. It’s a two-tiered green with a bunker, big boulders, and expansive views behind it that golfers often compare to the planet Mars. In addition to their terrestrial appearance, the boulders make for great tactical bounces onto the green.
Hole 18 offers a similar view with a uniquely challenging twist – or turn, technically. This dogleg left, par-4 hole creates a high-risk, yet high-reward shot. Golfers can attempt to take a bite off the dogleg or take an extra stroke and navigate around the curve for safe measure. Regardless of the direction golfers choose, they are rewarded with views of not just the natural scenery, but the collection of Greater Zion communities at the end of hole 18.
Located off I-15 and SR-9, on the east side of Washington (near Hurricane), Coral Canyon provides easy access to lodging and dining options, or even your next round. If you seek something closer, Coral Canyon does have an onsite restaurant: Bistro72. Offering a variety of dishes, Bistro72 is a convenient option for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner.
